GCC’s major competition. The Grand Culinary Dream team Challenge is a team catering competition. Each team is composed of two student chefs and a student waiter. The team’s waiter must setup the dining table for four and interact with the judges posing as dining guests while the two student chefs prepare, cook and plate for six pax.

The country’s top five student catering teams were chosen to compete in this event. The participating teams planned and wrote their recipes on the spot based on the Market List given by the GCC Organizers.

The First Steve Tamayo Cup for Outstanding Student Catering Team was likewise given during GCC3.
